Sorry, Mart, didn't like it. Actually, I hated it. Couldn't decide on the tone, whether it was supposed to be tongue-in-cheek or seriously scary. Good sfx though.
And much better than The Black Dahlia. Or just about any film with Josh Hartnett in!
oh yes, korean, sorry! i thought it just about got away with the tone. that reminds me of shaun of the dead - a big comedy film and then he shoots his mother in the head! wtf?
Switches in tone are quite common in Asian cinema. For whatever reason, the Chinese, Japanese and Koreans don't think it's a problem to go from tragedy to comedy to action to whatever in the blink of an eye.
