Well I now have a new laptop...
It cost me 150 quid to get the data off my old one (O Men and music, most importantly), and apparently the 'mother-board' went on this one, which would have cost me another 300 quid, so they advised me to get a new one. I was a bit against it, as my old laptop was fine, only 4 years old, but it did make sense. So I now have a snazzy new 'Advent' laptop.
Only problem is, I now have no Photoshop...
I originally got Photoshop via a friend - a free covermount disk, which I gave him back. So I've been browsing online for similar deals - plus I've got a crafty internet friend to try and get me a copy...
But if anyone has any other ideas (which don't involve spending 300 quid on buying it legally lol), please let me know. I can't do any O Men without it!
