I-player
The BBC I-player thing is quite snazzy innit. One thing - it seems that you don't actually need a license to watch it, which is a bit of an insult to those of us who pay the wretched thing...
you do need a licence, as you need a licence for anything that receives a tv signal which covers braodband and the like. That is why you can't use iPlayer outside the UK.

I love iPlayer, except for the time restrictions.
